Getting your part to you
Each listing is clearly marked Ships or Pickup only. Here’s how both work, and why some parts are best collected in person.
Freight & courier
Parts marked Ships are crated and dispatched by courier or freight.
- Quoted per part, including packaging and freight, before you commit.
- Canada-wide and international shipping options.
- Tracking provided; insurance available on request.
- Typical dispatch within 2–4 business days of a confirmed quote.
Local collection
Some parts — large or fragile windshields especially — are pickup only from our facility.
- Collect at 130 Snidercroft Rd., Unit 1-3, Vaughan, ON.
- We’ll confirm a time once your request is in.
- Inspect the part with our team before you take it.
- Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET.
Why some parts are pickup-only
Large laminated windshields and certain bulky assemblies carry real risk in transit. Rather than gamble with a fragile, high-value part, we offer these for local collection so they reach you intact. The listing and the quote form will always tell you which applies.
Packaging
Shipped parts are wrapped, padded and crated appropriate to the component — airbag modules are handled per dangerous-goods guidance, and glass that does ship goes in purpose-built crates.
The quote process
- Find your part and hit Buy Now.
- Choose Ship to me (if available) or Local pickup and send your details.
- We reply with total pricing — part, packaging and freight — plus lead time.
- Approve the quote and we arrange dispatch or schedule your pickup.
